Makes: 12 servings

6 Love’s English muffins, split
Tomato sauce, warmed
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese, for topping
Pineapple, diced
Ham, diced
Optional: sliced bell peppers

Tomato Sauce (or your favorite store bought sauce)
1/4 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic
Two 28-ounce cans whole tomatoes, crushed by hand
4 sprigs fresh oregano
Kosher salt

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. Lay the English muffins out on a sheet pan. Spoon a healthy amount of warm tomato sauce over each English muffin and top with some Parmesan cheese, ham, and pineapple. Place the English muffin pizzas to the oven and bake for 3-5 minutes until crispy.

3. Tomato Sauce: Put a saucepan over medium heat, add the olive oil and garlic, and sauté until the garlic starts to color and become fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes, oregano, and a healthy amount of salt, give a good stir, and then cook over medium heat for about 30 minutes. Allow to sit for at least another 30 minutes before checking the seasoning and using for whatever purpose you would like.
